Navigating the decision to start therapy can feel daunting. So, finding the right therapist who resonates with your needs is pivotal in your therapeutic journey. Here’s a glimpse into who I am to help you determine if I am the right fit.
I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs, ensuring a supportive, non-judgmental, and inclusive environment. Working collaboratively, we can strive to achieve your personal, and emotional goals, and facilitate meaningful and lasting change.
My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, culturally-sensitive and person-centred, integrating elements of different therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) empowering you to develop healthier coping strategies and enhance self-awareness. In my work, I also like to draw from Adlerian therapy and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) interventions.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, navigating a major life transition, or seeking greater fulfillment and meaning, I am here to support you every step of the way.
