Kinesiology is the study of human movement and how it relates to our overall health and well-being. As patients, understanding kinesiology can be incredibly useful in managing or preventing injuries, improving athletic performance, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Kinesiologists use their knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, psychology, and neuroscience to evaluate movement patterns and help individuals improve their physical function.
